Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing gig.ivirth.in or deploying The Great Indian Gurukul platform, you agree to these Terms. The platform is operated by iViRTH.

2. License

Academy and Master Licenses grant you the right to use the platform as described in the proposal. Licenses are non-transferable. Sub-licensing or reselling without written permission from iViRTH is prohibited.

3. Commission Structure

Academy License holders agree to a 12% platform commission on all commercial transactions processed through their Gurukul space. Master License holders agree to a 9% platform commission. This commission is non-negotiable and calculated on gross transaction value.

4. Content & IP

You retain ownership of all curriculum content, lectures, and materials you upload. By using the platform, you grant iViRTH a limited license to process this content solely for AI training within your isolated data silo (Helix Identity) or for LMS delivery.

5. Promotional Pricing

The promotional base fee of ₹3,999 is limited to the first 33 academy/master registrations. iViRTH reserves the right to close this offer at any time. Standard pricing of ₹9,999 applies thereafter.

6. Termination

iViRTH may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform. License fees are non-refundable once onboarding has commenced.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
